Such scientists include professors Zh.O. Artykbaev, R.M. Mustafina, Z.S. Samashev, Zh.K. Taimagambetov, associate professors MK, Khabdulina, U.U. Umitkaliyev et al.

Educational program for doctoral studies 6D020800 - Archeology and Ethnology (Kazakh, Russian and English languages) is implemented at the Department of Archeology and Ethnology of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, which is one of the leading educational, scientific, methodological centers of our Republic. The chair is headed by the candidate of historical sciences, associate professor Umitkaliev Ulan Umitkalievich.

The PhD educational program has a scientific and pedagogical orientation and assumes fundamental educational, methodological and research training for the system of higher and postgraduate education and the scientific field in archeology and ethnology. PhD Doctoral studies ensure the improvement of the process of training scientific and pedagogical personnel in accordance with international requirements and the principles of the Bologna process. Training in doctoral studies is conducted in full-time on the basis of the state educational order and contractual basis. Term of training is 3 years.
