For the conduct of educational and scientific activities, the Department of Archeology and Ethnology was given audiences №№ 209, 303, 306, 318, 322 of the educational building № 2 of the ENU, as well as the Kabinet Museum of K.A. Akishev in the 102th audience of the Otyrar Library.
Audiences are designed in accordance with the features of the disciplines studied. The curators responsible for the safety of the equipment have been appointed, as well as the groups responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the classrooms.
At the same time, the educational and methodological center for training specialists "Archaeological conservation, restoration, museumification" is functioning at the department, as well as the Archeological Research Institute of Archeology named after K.A. Akishev. The rules of labor safety have been prepared and approved. Ensured compliance with the rules and requirements of fire safety, occupational safety, compliance with the sanitary level of the classrooms.
At the Scientific Research Institute of Archeology named after K.A. Akishev there is a library of specialized literature. Conditions for conducting research work in the library by students are provided.
