On October 20, 2023, the V International Round Table "Scientific and educational aspects of the Study of History" was held, organized by the Institute of Social Sciences of the Ural State Pedagogical University (Yekaterinburg, Russia) and the Faculty of History of the L.N.Gumilev ENU. Within the framework of the round table, the following problems were considered:
1. Intercultural and interuniversity interaction: the space of the city and the university (cultural and historical resources of the capitals of Kazakhstan and the Urals).
2. Scientific and educational environment of the university: methods of teaching historical disciplines, design, educational technologies, professional growth.
3. Student science: current issues, achievements and innovations.
4. Patriotism does not happen retro: new horizons of civic and patriotic education.
Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan Musabalina G.T., Associate Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan Yermenbayeva G.K. took an active part in the round table. The reports of students Aigazina Dina "Archaeological and ethnographic practice of archaeology students in East Kazakhstan", Valikhanov Milena "Student science at ENU", Tanabergenova Daniyar "Participation of students of the Faculty of History of ENU in international "Star trek" were heard with great interest.
