May 18, 2019 at the Faculty of Philology, specialty foreign language, students of the ShT-13 group together with the teacher of modern history of Kazakhstan Muldasheva A.M. held a seminar on the topic "Looking to the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness".
During the lesson, together with the students of the group SHT-13, Elbasy discussed the article “Looking into the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness”. 
Also discussed the direction of modernization. These are competitiveness, pragmatism, preservation of national identity, the cult of knowledge, the evolutionary rather than the revolutionary development of Kazakhstan, the openness of consciousness. The students were very well prepared for the seminar lesson and shared their knowledge in the field of statistics “Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness” and slides were shown.
