Scientific projects

The faculty is aimed at integrating educational and scientific activities, developing priority scientific areas and supporting creative youth. Scientific work is carried out within the framework of both scientific projects and within the priority area of the scientific activity of the departments: "Actual problems of the National History: new approaches and sources", "Historical reconstruction of the Eurasian space on the basis of archaeological and ethnographic research", "Great Steppe Country and the Eurasian space: complex historical research ". The results of scientific research are reflected in international, Kazakh scientific publications, in conference proceedings. The results of scientific research are introduced into the educational process.

2018-2020 on grant funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan research projects:

1.       «The sacred landscape of Sary-Arka in the archaeological context: genesis, typology, semantics"- head M. Khabdulina, associate professor;

2.       «The tradition of veneration of shrines among Kazakhs in the past and present» - head Mustafina R.M. Doctor of History, Professor;

3.       «Artifacts of Genghistau» - head U. Umitkaliev , associate professor;

4.       «Preservation of the raw architecture monuments of the sacred landscape of the Tengiz-Korgalzhyn depression using digital 3D technologies» - head K. Battalov, associate professor.
